I would like to change the courses in my individual curriculum. What can I do?
Changes that occur within one year of admission can be noted in your “Application for the Agreement on the Doctoral Program”. An "Application for the Change of the Curriculum" only has to be submitted in the case of an already approved "Application for the Agreement on the Doctoral Program ".
If a course is no longer offered, or if there is another important reason, you have the option of submitting an "Application for the Change of the Curriculum".

Recognition of publications:
Furthermore, you have the option of listing publications that you will not use in your dissertation in your individual curriculum. You will receive 2 ECTS-credits for publications as a first author, and one ECTS-credit for publications as a co-author.
Note: If a publication is requested as a substitute for a course, it is also mandatory to fill out the table "Substitute Publication".

I would like to change my supervisor or my mentoring. What can I do?
Changes that occur within one year of admission can be noted in your Application for the Agreement on the Doctoral Program". An "Application for the Change of the Curriculum – Supervision" only has to be submitted in the case of an already approved "Application for the Agreement on the Doctoral Program ".
If there are essential reasons (e.g. for health reasons), it is generally possible to change.

Note: If your previous supervisor leaves Montanuniversität, an "Application for the Change of the Curriculum – Supervision" is not mandatory. If your previous supervisor has been habilitated at the University of Leoben, he or she can continue to take over your supervision even after leaving the University of Leoben.
I would like to change the title of my dissertation. What can I do?
You can change the title of your dissertation at any time, as it is a "working title". No application has to be submitted for this.
