Welcome to the Study Support Center—SSC!
The SSC of the Montanuniversität Leoben serves as a central point of contact for all prospective students, current students, lecturers and employees in study-related matters.
As a service department, we provide a wide range of information from the start of studies to graduation, take care of programme and central testing administration and support course planning and are committed to the ongoing further development of modern, digital communication and administrative processes.
Our aim is to provide the best possible organisational support for studying and teaching at our university.
We can take care of most matters for you via e-mail and/or your digital application.
We recommend making an appointment in advance for the following topics to avoid long waiting times:
- First-time admission to the degree programme;
- Submission of your academic work (Master's/Doctorate);
- Information on legal issues relating to foreigners;
- Counselling on programme organisation.

Offered courses, language certificates, requirements, equivalences, coregistration, etc.
During studies
PIN code, tuition fees, ID card, documents, changes, activities of the ÖH, recognition, etc.
Dates & deadlines
Admission deadlines, holidays, days on which classes are not held, academic ceremonies, etc.
